Patient developed keloid scars after ear Modification surgery. that surgery was initially performed to make the ears pointed (as per patient's preferences) at another facility. The surgery went well. Patient later developed keloid scarring in the operated sites. the keloids were removed and helical rim was reshaped to match the other side.
