I’ve been on Xyzal for my hives problem, Is it safe to have filler injections then?
Filler and Xyzal
Feb 25, 2019
Taking Xyzal for hives is not a contraindication to using a cosmetic filler injection assuming you are not allergic to anything in the product being used. You can always obtain a list of ingredients from the manufacturer or provider if needed. Good luck!
I received fillers in my eye troughs and cheeks and then took a flight causing puffiness, should I use
Swelling is common after this procedure
Feb 25, 2019
It is typical to have some swelling and tenderness in this area under the eyes which is a sensitive region and tends to bruise more easily. These symptoms can persist for a couple of weeks. You can apply ice and take Arnica (available at Walgreens, Vitamin Shoppe, GNC...) to help. Hope you are feeling and looking better soon!
How much Voluma, on average is used in each cheek for volume?
How much Voluma per cheek
Jan 29, 2019
In general 1-2 syringes per cheek to start. It all depends on the patient. As we age we have bone loss, our fat pads loose fullness, and we can have some generalized sagging skin. This can give us the fullness in the lower face and prominent nasolabial folds (lines from nose to mouth), along with all of this we can have a less prominent jaw line and jowels. The individuals shape of face, volume in the cheeks, and age all are part of the...
Is it ok to have Botox injected around my eyes with a minor eye infection?
eye infection and botox
Sep 4, 2018
Hello. I know you are probably anxious to get your botox done. However, it is best to wait until the eye infection clears up. Putting a needle in the skin around the eyes could make matters worse. Possibly spreading the infection or prolonging the healing process. It is not worth the risk. Good luck with your eye.
How Many Botox Units for 11's or Frown Lines?
Christine Coe CRNA
Aug 20, 2018
20 units is a great dose to start with. I think you need more time to evaluate. Remember botox takes 3-14 days for the full effect. If you are unhappy give your injector a chance and go back in after 2 weeks. You may need a touch up. I’m sure your injector wants you to be happy and be a returning customer. I chart how much I am giving in specific locations, then we can evaluate and give more or less if needed the next time. Good luck.
