Biography: Francine Johns, PA-C, has been a Certified Physician Assistant for more than 30 years. She obtained her degree from St. John’s University in 1984. She worked as a Certified Physician Assistant for the VA in Connecticut.

Francine began working with Dr. Helen Torok in 2000 when she moved to Ohio with her husband. She performs a wide range of procedures, and is an expert in skin cancer screenings. She utilizes the latest Dermoscopy device to assist in her skin screenings.

Biography: Suzanne Dade, CNP received her Master’s degree in Nursing from the Medical College of Ohio and has practiced in a variety of clinical settings. From 2004-2013, she specialized in dermatology at the University of Toledo Medical Center Division of Dermatology as an Assistant Professor. She is a retired Major from the US Army Nurse Corps with 22 years of service. At the University of Toledo, Suzanne was involved in several roles, including caring for patients with a variety of dermatologic conditions while precepting and teaching Resident Physicians, Medical Students, Nurse Practitioners, and Physician Assistant students in the clinical setting. She was involved in clinical research, consulting to other providers, and taught several dermatology classes at the graduate level, primarily for the Nurse Practitioner program at the University. Suzanne’s specialty is psoriasis and she has extensive experience and training in the use of multiple treatment modalities and therapies.

Biography: Dana Pilz, PA-C received her Masters of Science degree in physician assistant studies of from Marietta College in 2004. She has worked in the emergency field for 12 years prior to starting her career in dermatology and has taught both PA students and residents in a clinical setting. She is constantly keeping up with the latest dermatology trends by attending both local and national conferences and is a member of multiple PA organizations. She truly enjoys treating all of her patient's dermatology concerns and has a passion for the art of injecting fillers. Biography: Jordan Goad, PA-C, attended Cleveland State University where she earned her undergraduate degree in Health Sciences (pre-med), along with a certification in Biomedical Ethics. During her time there, she was also a four-year starter for the varsity volleyball team. She then went on to become a Physician Assistant through the Tri-C/CSU PA program, while earning her Master’s degree in Health Sciences.

Jordan’s interest in skin care began with performing natural face-lifts with platelet-rich plasma (PRP), which she also used to treat nonhealing wounds. She learned that the aesthetic side to providing care was very rewarding! Always aspiring to be better, Jordan decided to pursue a career in dermatology, as it is one of the most complex and ever-growing fields.
Jordan considers herself to be an energetic, driven and compassionate person, which will make her a great provider to each individual patient, as well as an asset to the team at Trillium Creek.

Biography: Farah Edds, PA-C, attended Eastern Michigan University where she earned her Bachelor’s degree in Biology with a minor in Chemistry. She practiced general and surgical dermatology in Arizona before relocating to Ohio. Farah brings with her a passion for skin care and dedication to providing compassionate care with a positive attitude to all patients. She enjoys helping people to feel and look their best, and to reach their skin health goals. Farah is a member of the Society of Dermatology Physician Assistants, and American Academy of Physician Assistants.

Biography: Michelle Telloni, RN, has been with our practice since 2011 and is our Cosmetic Registered Nurse. She has been in the medical field since 2008 when she began her career as a Licensed Practical Nurse. She then received her Associates Degree in Nursing from Stark State College in 2015.

Michelle developed an interest in cosmetic dermatology because she found that when her patients look better, they feel better. It is always her ultimate goal to make her patients feel better about themselves. She performs the majority of our aesthetic procedures at Trillium Creek – hair laser, chemical peels, body shaping, and various treatments for veins and brown spots.

Biography: Michelle Koenig, RN has been working in the Dermatology field for over 4 years and aesthetic field for 7 years. Michelle is also a licensed cosmetologist and makeup artist. She attended Bryant & Stratton College to receive her Associate’s Degree in Nursing where she was on the Dean’s and Honor’s list. She is also a member of the Dermatology Nurses’ Association. She plans on continuing her education in the medical field to further her career in Dermatology.
Michelle takes extra pride in her career because it allows her to make patients look and feel their absolute best. She performs aesthetic procedures which include laser hair removal, facials, chemical peels, body shaping, and various treatments for veins and brown spots.

After completion of her program, she began caring for patients in Internal Medicine in the West Cleveland area before taking an opportunity to follow her passion and use her skills in a Dermatology role. With student experience in skin health roles and an Internal Medicine background, Sarah always highlights a strong focus on quality of care, ensuring to provide the best possible care to her patients to make sure they look, feel, and live their best.
In her free time, Sarah enjoys spending time with her husband, volunteering in local communities, spending time outdoors, and playing board games with her family.
