Am I candidate for liposuction or laser liposuction?
Lipo after baby
Oct 13, 2022
Congrats on surviving year one of motherhood! That’s a tough job. It appears form the pictures that you would be a great candidate for a lipo procedure. However, you should also plan to take action to prevent skin laxity as well. Our QuantumBody procedure addresses both and is one option to address your stubborn fat post baby. Good luck with your journey!
2 months post op laser lipo. It’s now hard/bumpy and still sore. When will I feel normal?
Healing after lipo
May 9, 2019
2 months is very early in the healing timeline. Patients generally need 6-8 months to begin to return to “normal” feel and for tissue remodeling to occur.
With that being said, massaging the area can help. You can have lymphatic massages performed or massage yourself at home .
I would continue to wear compression at least part of the day.

It’s also a bit premature to comment on the lumpy area as this could just be normal healing. If it’s still noticeable at 6 months, I would speak t…

12 months post-liposuction but major contour irregularities. Is this permanent? Are there any worth
Contour irregularities

It does appear you were over resected. It’s always a good idea to look at before and afters of your surgeon. Accreditation doesn’t always correlate with good results.
Now for good news. There are some things that can be done to improve your results. They will get slightly better with time. You could fat graft into the area. There are also some laser platforms on the market ( skintyte comes to mind) that could help smooth this out.
I’m sorry you’re having a bad experience and I…
If I don’t wear my compression will my results not come out as good?
compression after liposuction
Mar 8, 2019
I generally suggest 4-6 weeks, unless skin laxity is a concern and then I suggest wearing for at least 3 months. It definitely helps to shape in the post operative period. For patients who hate the compression (most patients!), I offer a compromise of wearing 12 hours 3-4 days out of the week once they get to the 4-6 week stage. Hope this helps!
Did I ruin my 24 year old skin after microneedling?
Skin after microneedle
Mar 1, 2019
Your skin is likely inflamed from the procedure. Remember with microneedling and many things in aesthetic medicine, we are creating an injury to force the body to “Reset” and create new, healthier skin. There is a possibility you’re allergic to a topical product used in conjunction with the procedure if it’s overly inflamed. I would follow up with your esthetician regardless or find one you trust locally. Good luck!
