It is difficult to tell what kind of tissue is seen at the vaginal opening. Most likely it is a small posterior bulge of vaginal tissue consistent with a small rectocele from childbirth. If you experience laxity symptoms, vaginoplasty surgical correction would fix both issues and has a good success rate. I would suggest a co summation with a surgeon experienced in both urogynecology and cosmetic gynecology. We offer virtual consults for out of town patients as do others.

Clitoral good reduction will inevitably uncover your clitoris more. This can help sensation somewhat but if you are concerned you should address this at the time of your examination with your surgeon as they can help you decide if this too much for your liking or customize the reduction such that only a small amount is exposed. Good luck!

Sure you can! Your injector will just need to examine and mark you while sitting upright but you could certainly recline during the injections. You may also benefit from taking a relaxant prior. Only a doctor can prescribe this however.

This can occur if the Botox is injected. A little too deep into the eye muscles or if too much is used in that area. However, this should reverse itself. In some people, Botox lasts longer than others so give it a little more time. By 4 months I would be surprised if it isn’t gone.
