Hello and thank you for your question. Microneedling is one of my favorite in office aesthetic procedures that we do. It helps greatly with the texture of your skin, it decreases pore size, helps stimulate collagen and elastin, helps with fine lines and wrinkles, as well as helps with acne scarring or general scars. There is minimal downtime. I would recommend about 3-4 treatments every 4-6 weeks to get the best result. I encourage you to get a consultation with an esthetician who does this...

Hello and thank you for your question. Botox is used regularly in that area to help with that specific crease. Make sure you get an experienced injector and you should not have any issues with your brow drooping. They will be able to tell you all the details about botox in general and the risks that come with it. I know you could get great results. Good luck to you!

Depending how you have recovered from your previous injections a week or more is typical before adding additional products. You would of course, want to speak with your injector about their recommendation of adding more filler and when the appropriate time to do so is for you. The biggest concern would be that your swelling and bruising has subsided before returning for an additional treatment.

Hello and thank you for your question. From the pictures, it seems you would be a great candidate to get fillers in the tear trough area. Both restylane and juvederm products are great. This will help with the hollowness of your eyes. As your prepare for your consultation/injections, make sure to avoid products like alcohol, NSAIDS, fish oil, and other products that can thin your blood to help avoid bruising. Also be prepared to swell in that area after injections if you decide to move...
