Thank you so much for your question. A panniculectomy is a surgical procedure to remove just the pannus( “apron”)-excess skin and tissue from the lower abdomen ONLY. Based on your photos I believe any type of Liposuction( Laser assisted or not ) done correctly will help contour the area, but not necesseraly the loose skin of the lower abdomen.
