This is patient's first treatment at Renew. She previously was treated by another clinic with series of Sculptra injections. Patient was not happy with her appearance after her Sculptra treatments. She complaints it appears expanded her face laterally and made her face "wider" looking. 2 vials of Kybella was injected to submentum as well as jawline to reduce the volume and give definition. 1 syringe of voluma was injected to malar cheek 1/2 on each side, care was taken to place Voluma in more anterior projection to balance the lateral projection. Two month later, patient return for post photo. Her face appears narrower or slimmer. Lower face appears to be less heavy with less volume under the chin and began to show early progress of jawline cleanup.
