Biography: Dawn Sagrillo’s enduring dedication to the specialty of plastic surgical nursing has driven her passion for nonsurgical aesthetics. She received her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee in 1987 and has spent over 25 years in both plastic surgery and aesthetic medicine, focusing on research, education and clinical practice. Most recently, Dawn earned a Master of Science in Nursing from Walden University and is an Adult-Gerontology Nurse Practitioner. She is Board Certified by the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners.

After a decade-long tenure with the Medical College of Wisconsin, Department of Plastic Surgery, she partnered with a nationally recognized plastic surgeon, and played an integral role in establishing a successful private aesthetic surgery practice. In 2011, she established ReFresh Aesthetic Center, and serves as its Clinical Director, Nurse Practitioner and Aesthetic Nurse Specialist.

Biography: Arleen attended Ursuline College on scholarship and graduated with honors with a Bachelor of Science degree in Nursing in 1998. Then, she worked at Johns Hopkins Hospital in Baltimore for several years in the otolaryngology and neuroscience departments, where she achieved subspecialty certification as a neuroscience critical care nurse. She went on to obtain her Master of Science in Nursing degree from the University of Milwaukee-Milwaukee in 2004, again graduating with honors.

Arleen is a member of many professional organizations, including Sigma Theta Tau, the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners, the American Society for Laser Medicine and Surgery and the American Society of Plastic Surgical Nurses.

Arleen worked at an Aesthetic and Vein Center as a board certified Family Nurse Practitioner until 2011. She was responsible for the aesthetic side of the medical spa, including training and supervising staff and establishing standards of care for the practice.

Name: Tricia Henry, BSN, RN, CANS

Biography: Tricia has practiced nursing since 1997. She earned her bachelor of science in nursing degree from Marian College. Her early clinical background was primarily focused on cardiothoracic nursing, however, she also worked in the health care industry teaching practitioners about medical devices.

Tricia’s professional interest in and passion for aesthetics led her to the field of non-surgical aesthetics. Along with ReFresh’s nurse practitioners, Tricia was one of the first three nurses in Wisconsin to earn national certification in aesthetic nursing as a Certified Aesthetic Nurse Specialist (CANS) in 2013. Tricia holds advanced training and is credentialed in the art and science of neuromodulators (Botox®Cosmetic/Dysport®), dermal fillers, lasers, light-based treatments, and clinical skincare.

Biography: Tara has been practicing nursing for 18 years. Her diverse background includes both medical and surgical nursing care, with a focus on cardiac care and urology. She also worked as a traveling nurse, giving her the ability to adapt to the many complexities of healthcare. Tara graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in Nursing from Allen College in Waterloo, Iowa.

Tara joins the ReFresh Aesthetic Center clinical team with a professional passion for non-surgical aesthetics. She brings with her many years of diverse nursing experience and a commitment to superior patient care. Tara has completed advanced training in the art and science of neuromodulators, dermal fillers, and microneedling. She also shares the same philosophy and approach to patient care that we at ReFresh embrace. Biography: Susan began her first career as a professional ballet dancer with the Atlanta, San Francisco and Oakland Ballet Companies before she went into pharmaceuticals sales for two national organizations. Susan’s passions for skincare lead her to further her education in aesthetics. Susan also has her BA in history and business.

Susan has been practicing as a Licensed Aesthetician and has over 9 years of experience with a focus on medical aesthetics. She brings to ReFresh her knowledge in clinical skincare, lasers/light treatments within facial plastic surgery and medical spa settings. As lead aesthetician, Susan is committed to on-going development of the aesthetics department and team, and believes in customizing treatment plans specific to each individual’s needs.

Name: Maggie Pikul, L.E.

Biography: Maggie obtained her aesthetics license in 2000 and thoughtfully chose to start her career at a medical spa in downtown Chicago, where she focused on medical aesthetics and clinical skin care. There, she provided her clientele with advanced, custom facials and waxing services. Following her laser certification over a decade ago, Maggie now has 13 years of experience providing laser hair removal, photofacials (IPL/BBL), laser resurfacing, chemical peels and body contouring.

Maggie has continued her education throughout the years with numerous certifications and advanced seminars and is a true expert in the industry. Her loyal clients rely on her for customized skin care and laser services tailored to their specific needs. Maggie loves creating lasting relationships with her clients and enjoys seeing results after each treatment. All of her clinical and personal qualities make her a great fit for ReFresh and the clients we care for.

Name: Caitlin Catarozoli , LE

Biography: Caitlin attained an associate’s degree in fashion marketing and worked as a brand ambassador focused on sales and promotions. Her interest in fashion and makeup led her to become a fashion show and event coordinator with various Milwaukee and Chicago-based companies since 2010. Caitlin also has worked as a freelance make-up artist; having had the opportunity to work at New York’s prestigious Fashion Week in 2011 and 2012.

Caitlin has always had a passion for aesthetics. She recently graduated from Vici Aveda Institute with her certification and licensure in Esthiology. She has further certifications in microdermabrasion, dermaplaning, and chemical peels from the Mequon Thiensville School of Esthetics, along with a certification in temptu airbrush makeup.

Caitlin brings to ReFresh a variety of skill sets, which will enable her to assist clients in many areas of our Center. Her enthusiastic and caring personality make her a great addition to our team.

Name: Jon Sagrillo, MBA

Position: Spa Manager

Biography: Jon brings to ReFresh Aesthetic Center™ a wealth of knowledge, education, and resources to serve as our General Manager. He received his Bachelor’s degree in finance and management from California State University-Long Beach and his Masters of Business Administration degree from St. Joseph’s University in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.

Jon spent 30 years with the Century 21 Real Estate Corporation culminating his career as Vice President of Strategic Development. His role at ReFresh is behind the scenes to ensure that we continue to exceed our patients’ expectations. He manages our Aesthetic Team and provides us with the latest in technology and best business practices – all with integrity and passion.

In Jon’s spare time, he hangs out with his two sons, and enjoys golfing and traveling with his wife, Dawn. He also volunteers time at his church and has co-led a men’s leadership group for over 8 years.

Biography: Tamara brings to ReFresh over 20 years of experience in business management, marketing & merchandising. Her previous management background was in designer apparel where she traveled extensively throughout the US managing store operations. Her education is in Business Management (BA) and Fashion Merchandising (AA). Her unique background & skill set allows her to bring many attributes to ReFresh including operational management and analysis, human resources, visual merchandising & sales. With a passion for skincare, Tamara recently furthered her education and attained her licensure in aesthetics and joined the ReFresh team as the practice manager.

On a personal note, Tamara resides in Shorewood with her husband, three dogs, parrot and she enjoys spending time with family and friends, gardening, cooking and making gourmet chocolates.

Biography: Having worked with Dawn Sagrillo for nearly 10 years, Tessa brings to ReFresh Aesthetic Center™ a wealth of knowledge and experience in medical aesthetics. Many of our patients know and love Tessa as she has developed a strong relationship with them over the years.

As ReFresh’s Aesthetic Coordinator, Tessa wears many hats! Most importantly, she enjoys taking time with each patient to assure they have the best possible experience from the moment they walk through the door until their treatment process is complete, which includes post-procedure care. With Tessa’s knowledge in both surgical and non-surgical aesthetics, she serves as a wonderful educational resource. She also has a gentle, sensitive demeanor when interacting with patients both by phone and in our Center, assuring them the utmost confidentiality.

With both a 5-year-old son and 7-year-old daughter at home, Tessa stays busy outside the office as well and enjoys every minute of it.

Biography: Deanna retired as a math teacher more than 15 years ago when she moved to Milwaukee from Texas. This allowed her more time to be home with her small children. Over the years she has served on several for profit and not for profit boards in the Milwaukee community. She has spent a great deal of her time volunteering, fund-raising and event planning. Deanna joined our team over a year ago as our special event coordinator. Her organizational skills and attention to detail make her a perfect addition to our team. Deanna has 2 children and lives in Mequon. She enjoys indoor and outdoor cycling, spending time with friends, her children, two dogs and of course, the Refresh team.

Biography: Karen has a background in advertising and marketing with a focus on spas and salons, which allows her to bring a wealth of wisdom and expertise to ReFresh Aesthetic Center™. Karen started her career with ReFresh as an Aesthetic Concierge, promoting the practice and coordinating special events, and serving as the patient/practitioner liaison. From that role, Karen further became involved with product specialization, bringing her commitment of confidentiality, organization, detail, and continuing education to our team.

Since working in the salon industry, Karen has realized her true passion to be focused on skin care essentials and encouraging clients to put their best face forward. After completing her certification and licensure in Esthiology, Karen now joins the ReFresh skincare specialists as an Aesthetician.
