What are the odds I will lose complete nipple sensitivity if I get a breast reduction?

If you have your reduction using a technique where the nipple is left attached to the underlying breast tissue it is unlikely you will lose sensitivity. There is a chance you will, but the risk is low. If a technique is used where your nipple is removed and reattached as a graft you will lose all sensitivity.
