What if anything could I do to help with my slopping neck?
sloping neck
Oct 15, 2015
The problem you show is a combination of fat and muscles. Non-invasive fat treatments might fall short of achieving the best result for you. You might consider a neck liposuction with an incision under your chin to access the muscles of the neck to tighten them. This is called an open liposuction of the neck with anterior platysmaplasty. The open liposuction would loosen all of the skin of the neck to allow it to re-drape. The platysmaplasty would reshape the…

breast options
Oct 2, 2015
You may be able to get good results with implants alone, or you may need some kind of a breast lift. Only an in-person consultation with an experienced board certified plastic surgeon can realistically address your concerns.
Neck lift, will there be scaring?
scarring
Oct 2, 2015
All surgical incisions will result in scarring. You need to consult a board certified plastic surgeon who is experienced in aesthetic surgery to discuss your options (neck lift, liposuction, Botox, non-invasive procedures). Best wishes to you.
Allergan silicone mod/high profile smooth round 397 or 371 ? Is this too much for me? Already 36 C
implant goals
Sep 26, 2015
It sounds as though you have questions that should be addressed prior to your surgery. You need to contact your surgeon’s office an set up another appointment prior to your surgery. Neither you nor your surgeon wants to have a problem post operatively that could have been addressed prior to surgery. If you need to, postpone your surgery until you have had another chance to discuss your options with your surgeon.

Possible popped out vein under my breast fold?
Mondor’s cord
Sep 26, 2015
Congratulations on your recent surgery. What you show in your picture is called a Mondor’s cord and is not uncommon with breast enhancement surgery. It is usually a harmless condition caused by inflammation of a vein. You should set up an appointment with your operating surgeon for evaluation whenever something is surprising to you. Please call the surgeon so that he or she can evaluate your problem and make specific recommendations regarding treatment….
BA- Is this a normal feeling or should I be concerned?
2 weeks post op
Sep 26, 2015
Congratulations on your recent surgery. Two weeks post op there are often unusual (frankly weird) sensations in the breasts. However, any change in feelings should be reported to your surgeon, who might want to see you and re-evaluate to make sure that nothing is going awry. Never hesitate to contact your surgeon-he or she wants you to have not only a great result, but also a great experience.
Any recommendations for Breast Augmentation?

9 years into saline implant. What next?
9 years into saline implants
Sep 26, 2015
The short answer to your question is that with saline filled implants, there is no need for any type of “preventive maintenance.” That is, when a saline implant reaches the end of its lifespan, it will deflate. This is very apparent and harmless to you. Assuming you are happy with your current outcome, there is nothing you need to do about your implants. Of course, normal recommendations regarding mammograms and regular health screening still apply.
