Dual Plane option for Asymmetry and ptosis

Your arms are elevated making the position of the nipples appear higher than at rest. Also there is some asymmetry with the right breast more ptotic / hanging and lower than the left breast. Also the right breast is larger than the left breast. A dual plane augmentation may be an option but the right breast will still be a problem with sagging and larger than the left.
