From these photographs without having the benefit of examining you, I believe you would be a good candidate for an abdominoplasty or perhaps a modified version of it. Liposuction when indicated, is an appropriate part of the tummy tuck.
Liposuction in jaw area – is it safe or risky?

Because I have not examined me and you have not submitted any photos, I don’t know what the problem with your jaw is. But if it’s fullness of the jaw beneath the ear, that is frequently due to the masseter muscle – and that will respond to botox. If it is fat, I do use liposuction but judiciously. I’m not worried about the nerves because I purposely stay in a superficial plane. I would consider seeking a third opinion and asking about these treatment paths.

There are several possibilities.
You may ultimately need a scar revision but it is premature now. It takes 1-2 years for the scar to mature. Those scars however, can be treated by the application of silastic sheet dressings that will smooth our the scar. Also, it may respond to injections of steroids to reduce the bulk and the redness. Lasers also play a role in making the scars look better. You may ultimately need a scar revision but it is premature now.

You have what is known as a double bubble phenomenon. The Ryan flap technique could be one of the techniques used, but there are more appropriate ways to treat that today using GalaFLEX inserts, which will support and re-contour the lower breast.

That question cannot be answered in a meaningful way without a physical evaluation.
If you have had children and you have a separation of the muscles, liposuction alone will not help you. You would need a tummy tuck with muscle repair and liposuction. There is also a chance that your skin would not contract down well, which would leave you with saggy skin unless you elect to get skin removed.
My recommendation is that you will probably need a tummy tuck with muscle repair and liposuction if…

While you would clearly benefit from a breast lift, the cup size is strictly in your hands. If you want to stay the same size, a lift alone will suffice. If you want to be larger, a fat grafting or breast implant or a combination thereof might be desirable. If you want to be smaller, you can have a limited or controlled breast reduction.
How long before you know your final bra size after breast augmentation?

There is always swelling after a breast augmentation. Normally this is significantly resolved in 3-5 months. At that time, you will have a better idea of your true bra size.
