Hi, you could re-balance the lip by adding volume either with filler or fat. this can easily be done in the office. Please find an experienced injector and i would likely use something that is temporary first to make sure you like the way it looks

Cleft palate repair can be peformed at any age. Unfortunately, not having the palate fixed early often means its much more difficult to speak properly even after its fixed. Without a working palate your body adapts by learning other ways to create the sounds. Intensive speech therapy will needed to "unlearn what you have learned".
I have a cleft palate, could this procedure be covered as medical rather than dental.

Yes, cleft lip, palate and even nasal reconstruction are all typically covered by insurance.
Is this cut is super low? Lots of hanging skin still. Am I swollen? Will this fix itself? Day 5.

Postop Day 5 , you are DEFINITELY still swollen. The incision looks like it is in the right place (lid crease for the upper lid is usually about 10mm). Once the swelling goes down I'm sure you will be a lot happier. Followup with your surgeon as regularly scheduled if you have concerns.
I am afraid to lose weight and then have loose jowls. Do I need a facelift?

The short answer is most likely not, and i agree with the other reviewers regarding lip aesthetics. Natural, beautiful lips are not over injected and are anatomically proportional. Better pictures, especially a good profile and a 3/4 view would be needed to really comment and give suggestions on how to look your best.
