Earlobe surgery is something I do often and it is a procedure done in the office in about 30 minutes. I have found that it is difficult to reposition the piercing hole without closing the hole that is either stretched out or in the wrong position. In some cases a simple closure may be adequate, however sometimes it can be more involved. Consulting with a board certified plastic surgeon will help get you the exact answers you are looking for.

Recovery from breast reduction can be about 4-6 weeks. However, returning to full activity is reasonable by 4 weeks. I try to have my patients limit high impact activities (running specifically) for about 3-4 weeks. The limitation in activity simply has to do with the pressure that may be placed on the incisions, possibly impacting healing negatively.

Botox results can take 10-14 days to see the full affect. If your not seeing results at the 2 week mark I would go back and see your provider.

I would give atleast 2 weeks for the swelling to subside. It is very common for an injector to treat an asymmetrical side to balance the lip out. If it is still elevated after 2 weeks I would contact your provider and have them evaluate.
It has been 3 weeks since lip injections and it looks like there is filler above my lip.

I would recommend following up with your injector. Swelling usually subsides within 2-4 weeks. If there is migration your injector can massage or use an enzyme called hyaluronidase to correct. Best of luck.

Fillers can spread from time to time, but with an advanced injector that should not happen. I would recommend Hyaluronidase which will dissolve the filler in that area.

Anne,Thanks for your question. You have quite a nice result which seems proportional to your chest diameter. The space between your breasts does not often change with larger implants.
