Many of us experience dramatic body changes after pregnancy and childbirth. I believe that you would be thrilled with a tummy tuck with liposuction of the abdomen and flanks. In my opinion (from your photos) you have a nice curve to your backside and I would not recommend a BBL unless you were really seeking it. Also, the BBL has increased risks that are greater than some of the other procedures that we perform.
It is perfectly reasonable to have your breasts...

I understand your concern. Most women have breast asymmetry and this can be very troubling pre-operatively. The goal for post operative outcome is that this asymmetry is corrected. Please go see your surgeon. He or she can pull up your preoperative and postoperative photos together so you may evaluate them. There could be a number of reasons why this asymmetry exists...I am confident that your surgeon will want to make you happy and address your very reasonable...

It is very common for women to experience sharp shooting pains long after her surgery. They can manifest in different ways. Perhaps this is the pain that you are feeling. Also, your menstral cycle will influence breast pain as well.
When in doubt, consult your surgeon.

Please note that elective surgery is still surgery and there is always a risk. That having been said, surgery is typically very safe as long as it is performed by medical professionals who are board certified and well trained. Breast augmentation is on the list for very safe procedures as long as you do not have an underlying medical problem that could increase your risk level.

I am very sorry for your loss. Having a miscarriage can be very emotionally draining and have long term effects. Having surgery is also a life stressor. I always tell my patients that they need to be free of external emotional struggles when they have surgery. This will ensure that they have the best possible outcome.
Additionally, there could be medical reasons for your miscarriage and these could include hematological abnormalities (blood disorders)...

Hi there! I believe that the answer to your question resides in your expectations for surgery. Simply put....do you want fat removal or skin removal? If you want only fat removal (liposuction), you will end up with more skin. If you want skin removal, fat removal and treatment of the ptosis of your mons (sagging tissue over your pubic bone), then you will want a tummy tuck (abdominoplasty).

Congratulations on your weight loss! You must be thrilled and you should be very proud of yourself. Your pictures reveal that you have the classic findings associated with massive weight loss. The first question that I would ask you is whether or not you are at your goal weight. It is very important that you reach the goal and maintain it for at least six months before undergoing any surgery.

It is unclear exactly where these "spots" are located given the pictures. However, dark "spots" can appear for several reasons. Often we call this hyperpigmentation. If these "spots" were not present prior, then it could be a build up of dry skin and exfoliation will take care of this problem. Some hyperpigmented areas develop due to sun exposure and some areas are more prominent than others due to the presence of specific areas of skin that are more succeptible...
