Injectables are a good alternative to any further surgical procedures. Even fat transposition is probably not more predictably effective than fat or other injectable fillers. Injectable fillers, other than fat, are readily and safely injected, with little if any downtime (2-7d max.), in experiences hands.. My choice of fillers would ne hyaluronic acid (Restylane, Juvederm, Bolotero, etc,) which are essentially all equivalently effective. They last about 1…

A full Rhinoplasty will be necessary in any case, to harmonize your nose and face. Word of Caution: do your “due diligence” “homework” to find a surgeon well versed and experienced in difficult Nose Cases. You have a very difficault nose to correct, and don’t loose heart….it can be done but only in very experienced hands and with valid surgical expectations understood. Good Luck with this and all your worthwhile endeavors.

I’m sure that Plastic Surgery Training Programs offer the surgery you need. You will need to check for University Medical Schools with Plastic Surgery Residencies to find out the particulars (costs, etc.) Otherwise many Plastic Surgeons in the privated sector do this surgery. In my case the surgery is done as outpatient in our own ambulatory surgical unit which saves considerable $.Good Luck

Don’t worry about disturbing the operation results with little things like the ones you have described. You are past the time it takes to heal 4-6 weeks post op. Experiencing different sensations is routine. It may take 6 months or so befor normal sensation has rreally returned. Have fun with your “new nose”.

The are no problems this soon after your septorhinoplasty. You are likely to feel different sentations, such as you’ve described. They mean nothing significant. After the splint is removed you may again have other different feelings as the tissues heal. Your doctor will help reassure you through thes events. As the one you selected to do the surgery trust him to provide adequate followup and instructions.

Ideally,for maximum soft tissue removal to meet patient expectations, at the time Body Lift Procedures are performed, the patient should have lost as much weight as possible and be as toned as possible. Afterward exercise and muscle toneing improves the results of the surgery and is a reeal bonus, for those who want to "go all the way".
