There are several options. You tried fillers, and were not happy. Structural fat grafting is the least invasive surgical technique, but has its limitations. Mini-facelift would be a good option. Seems like you may need to live with it or go to the operating room to improve it.

There are several factors that are important to consider. Do you have any symptoms (pain)? Is your weight stable? Do you want another child? Diastesis is a common condition that occurs after pregnancy or weight gain/loss. It is in general not dangerous, and ideally repair should be done once you are done with pregnancies. Mesh is rarely necessary.
