Good Afternoon Roxy,
I know that many people are most comfortable when sleeping on their sides. Comfort is important, but healing correctly is MOST important. Following the instructions of your surgeon is highly recommended since every case is different. But generally, I tell most of my patients that it is safe to sleep on their sides 7 days after a breast augmentation as long as they feel comfortable when doing so.
