Can I use a baby carrier six weeks after breast augmentation?

Thank you for your question.
I typically tell my patients to not lift anything (or anyone) over the weight of 10 pounds for about 6 weeks. This is to ensure proper healing post augmentation. The best thing to do is to consult with your Plastic Surgeon and ask he or she when you can resume activities and when you are released to carry your baby around again.
