SculpSure treatments are customized to each individual body type. For uneven areas, more applicators can be applied to the area with more fat cells to provide symmetrical results. The laser also provides a thermal effect outside of the applicator to prevent a “shark bite” or “shelf” appearance. Best of luck!

SculpSure treatments are designed to target fat cells and have no effect on improving scar tissue. There are alternative treatments available to address scar tissue so I would consult with a specialist for recommendations.

Cynosure recommends you wait at least 6 weeks between SculpSure treatments. There are cases where patients experience swelling and/or nodules post treatment and it is important that this has resolved before the second treatment. We typically recommend our patients wait at least 8 weeks in between treatments. You should see improvement in fat reduction for up to 12 weeks. Majority of patients need at least 2 treatments of SculpSure to see optimal results. You should see a 24% reduction with one SculpSure treatment. Patients with a higher BMI may prefer a 3rd treatment as well. Make sure to drink plenty of water, massage regularly and stay active after the treatment to improve results. The inner thigh area is a tender area to treat but should not be very painful. Make sure to let your provider know how you are feeling during the treatment…
