Which method is safer for tear troughs - Belotero on the orbital with a needle or Vollure superficiall
Needle vs. Cannula in Tear troughs, Belotero vs. Vollure
Jun 28, 2020
Hi. Thank you for a great hot topic question!
I do a lot of tear troughs in my practice and I think most importantly experience is the first most important thing to look for. The type of filler used, is something the injector will decide based on many factors. For me personally it is ONLY Belotero or plain Restylane. I find that other Hyaluronic acids are either too hydrophylic(they pull too much water in) or they ball up and get lumpy which is my experience...
How can I improve my face asymmetry/profile?
Improvement of Asymmetry
Jun 28, 2020
Thank you for great photos to work with!
Asymmetry is something we all deal with and little tweaks can make a great difference. The eyelid ptosis is not something I feel would be properly treated with injectables.
For the jawline, and overall balancing of proportions of a few features, mostly chin, and lips-could be effectively treated with fillers and I think you would be thrilled with the results. I would recommend Radiesse to the jawline and chin, and Restylane...
Should I do Ultherapy or Kybella (or something else) for early signs of aging?
Am I a good Ultherapy Candidate?
Jun 28, 2020
Thanks for a great question! I believe Ultherapy would be great for you in terms of a subtle lift by collagen building. I do not see this as a great Kybella case! But more than that, I feel that a little bit of filler to your lower face-mostly next to the chin and in the pre jowl sulcus would be the best solution for your concerns.
Best Filler for Lip Augmentation
Best filler for lip augmentation
May 24, 2020
Thank you for a great question.
Some injectors use one brand specifically, others use many. In my practice and opinion, it is best to have a large variety of choice because all lips are different. Some lips have a lot of empty pockets with deflation, and need a soft filler, and then need something firmer for creating a sharp defined border. Other lips are full and tight and just require a reshaping and that requires a firmer type of filler. There are also some...
Why fillers will help feminize my face?
Feminizing the face with fillers/botox
May 24, 2020
Hi!,
I think some very subtle changes with botox and filler can accomplish what you would like to change. The pictures I see are beautiful though! We all have things we would like to tweak and in the right hands, a few little things here and there can really make a difference. Please have some consults with experienced injectors to see where you are comfortable and insist on small amounts, because you are already beautiful.
