30 year old female presents with concerns of hyperpigmentation as a result of sun damage, mild rosacea, and mild skin laxity. The Venus Tribella treatment was performed. This three layer treatment consists of IPL laser, skin tightening with RF, and a nano-fraxel resurfacing laser. Her down time was approximately one week.
