Most people have parts of their body that unwanted fat seems to accumulate regardless of what types or how much exercise and dieting they do. The most important aspect of the procedure, however, is the cost. It can cost as low as $1,200 and up to $2,500 depending on the doctor and location. But even if the procedure is at the high end, it can be up to a quarter the cost of a standard liposuction treatment. Because the treatment has only been introduced a few years ago, there are a limited number of doctors who can perform the procedure. Don’t be discouraged, as the number of doctors is continuing to increase at a very rapid pace.
As with any medical procedure, there are some risks. The risk is minimal and rare, but they do exist. Most commonly reported are infection, bruising, bleeding, and swelling of the treatment site. But unlike standard liposuction, mini liposuction does not have the side effect of abnormally shaped treatment areas.
Although mini liposuction is a relatively minor treatment, its results are amazing. The procedure can quickly improve a patient’s looks, confidence, and self-esteem for low cost, low risk, and short recovery times.
