Also, many experts note that such an operation works well only in delicate places, where fatty tissue is small and careful work is required (for example, surgery on the chin).

But when it is required to remove the excess fatty tissue in a larger volume, from more “volumetric regions” such as the hips, the belly-laser lipolysis works worse and the manipulation lasts longer (and hence anesthesia is longer) than, for example, the classical operation.

Although, for some aesthetic surgeons this is not an obstacle, and they use laser aspiration in all areas.
