Yes, filler can be used to treat your undereye area. I would start with support in your cheeks and then add filler conservatively to your under eyes. Another great option is PRP and/or PRF to induce collagen production. My plan of treatment would be filler in your cheeks and PRP under eyes, then have you come in for filler under your eyes IF NEEDED after 3 treatments of PRP.
After giving birth, experiencing loose skin on underside of butt. Can this be fixed?

Loose skin can definitely be treated. I would combine Ultherapy and Sculptra or Radiesse treatments. This will stimulate collagen and cause lifting and tightening.

Yes there are lasers that can help with scarring. You'll want a laser treatment that can go deep enough. I would also encourage you to find a provider that uses biostimulators like Radiesse and Sculptra. They can go subdermally and break up the scar tissue while also laying the biostimulator to help promote collagen growth in that area.
