The duration of liposuction in Kentucky varies from 30 minutes to several hours – depending on the complexity of the procedure, the volume of fat tissue to be removed and the localization of the treated area of the body.

introduction into the operated zone of a special preparation (Klein’s solution), providing swelling of fat cells and destruction of their structure, as well as narrowing of blood vessels;
the resulting solution is pumped out after a while (the thuminescent method);
selective effect of ultrasound on fatty tissues; due to the effect of cavitation, the destruction of membranes of fat cells and the transformation of cellulose into an easily removable emulsion;
use of PAL technology for micro fat extraction of fat; the procedure involves the use of special cannulas of anatomical shape;
Laser lipolysis is a procedure in which laser radiation exerts a selective effect on fat cells;
The destruction of cell membranes is due to the thermal and thermomechanical effect.

After the suction is completed, seams and aseptic dressings are applied to the puncture sites. If necessary, small drains can be installed in the sections.

The last stage of the operation is putting on of compression underwear.

Preparation for liposuction in Kentucky involves of a number of tests:

clinical blood test (general);
clinical analysis of urine (general);
biochemical blood test (incl. creatinine, urea, total protein, transaminases, blood sugar, bilirubin, electrolytes);
coagulogram (fibrinogen, thrombin time, prothrombin, clotting time and bleeding);

absence of diseases;
at least half a year from the moment of cessation of lactation.

The additional examination of the patient performed by the surgeon assumes:

carrying out of the test for the elasticity of the skin in the field of the forthcoming operation;
assessment of the location and nature of fat deposits in the field of surgery;
Self-assessment of the patient’s general health by the surgeon.

Two weeks before surgery, the patient should exclude the use of blood-thinning medications (aspirin, some hormonal medications), stop smoking, and use alcohol. It is desirable to avoid strict diets in the preoperative period, so as not to undermine the body’s ability to heal and restore.

The last intake of water and food should be at least 8 hours before the lipoaspiration; on the day of surgery, you can not eat or drink.
