Lisa Stiles is a Registered Nurse/Clinical Manager at It’s a Secret Med Spa and performs all cosmetic injectable services. Lisa received the 2015 Presidential Associate Award! This award is typically given to physicians for their extensive Galderma Volume, but Lisa is now listed as one of the top injectors in the state of Texas, and the only nurse that has ever received this honor.

Rebecca is a registered nurse and cosmetic injector here at It’s a Secret. She graduated from UT Tyler in 2015. In addition to being a member of the team here, she works as a critical care nurse at a Level 1 Trauma hospital in Dallas. She enjoys spending time with family, traveling, and attending fitness classes. “There is always a new injection technique to learn that will set you apart from everyone else, and that is our goal at It’s A Secret. Clients leave my chair with renewed energy and improved self-esteem. I absolutely love being a nurse injector!”

Melyssa is a Professional Laser Technician/Medical Aesthetician. She has over 10 years of experience with different Lasers and skin care techniques including skin and body rejuvenation treatments. Her expertise lies within the thorough evaluation of all skin types. Melyssa’s other big secret is being bilingual in Spanish! She loves Margaritas on the beach and her toes in the sand. She can definitely get you beach ready as long as you bring a hat and sunscreen!

Missy is our Technical Manager as well as a Licensed Senior Laser Technician, Licensed Aesthetician, and a trained cosmetic injector. She attended the Ogle School of Cosmetology and the Aesthetic Laser Academy and Spa. Missy has 10 years of experience with cosmetic injections, laser treatments, and medical aesthetics (all services). She loves seeing movies and is a fabulous mom of two busy boys!

Kassidi is a laser technician here at It’s a Secret Med Spa. She attended the Aesthetic Laser Academy. Kassidi performs body contouring treatments, laser hair removal, and skin rejuvenation treatments. She will meet with you in consultation and recommend the perfect service to meet your goals. She loves traveling, fishing, football, and shopping!

Jennifer is a Licensed Medical Aesthetician as well as a Senior Licensed Laser Technician. She graduated from Paul Mitchell in 2007 and performs body contouring treatments, laser hair removal, skin rejuvenation treatments and can recommend a daily skin care regimen to fit your personal needs. 3 fun facts about Jennifer: She loves to cook, rides dirt bikes, and she has been skydiving 4 times!

As a board-certified Physician Assistant since 2006, Courtney joined It’s a Secret Med Spa after practicing in plastic surgery for over 10 years. She has extensive knowledge and is experienced with all cosmetic injectables including Restylane and Juvaderm products as well as Botox, Dysport and Sculptra. Her surgical background gives her a unique expertise. Her favorite injections include tear troughs, lips and rejuvenating the lower face. She enjoys live music, watching college football and spending time with her husband, 4-year-old son and their labradoodle, Bubba.
