This gentleman presented to Dr. Toranto with a nasal obstruction secondary to septal deviation and turbinate hypertrophy. He underwent a reduction and repair of his nasal valve and tip reconstruction. He was very pleased with his results and exclaimed that he could breathe better than he ever has in his life post surgery.
