As you have already seen, I don’t think there will be any magic in the choice of devices, rather I would recommend having a lift with acellular dermal matrix (Strattice) and smaller round, low profile devices.

Thus, it may be sensible to allow your surgeon to make the choice between one or 2 stages at that time. Without any question, the use of Strattice is an important adjunct, but I would place it only during the same operation in which the new implants are to be placed. The use of that product makes the choice of pocket location less critical.

Although I agree with the other responders (your choice of devices is bigger than I would’ve recommended), I doubt that you didn’t go through a preoperative process of making a sagacious size choicewith your surgeon. “Normal breasts” don’t usually meet in the midline, so I don’t think that should be a goal in breast augmentation.
