The cartilage that is harvested from the ear is from the conchal bowl which is the deep part of the ear behind the ear canal. Only a portion of this cartilage is taken. Loosing a portion of this cartilage will not affect your heading or ability to wear earrings at all.

It is difficult to say without examining you, but in general I would recommend a inframammary fold incision because if it does keloid it would likely be hidden by the augmented breast.  There are other options that might be better for your specific body (including perhaps not having surgery).  I would discus your concerns for scarring with you board certified plastic surgeon and then they can guide you to the best option for your body and skin type.

A sudden change in the size and shape of the breast warrants evaluation by your board certified plastic surgeon. In general, breast implants last, on average, about 10-12 years. Therefore, it would not be unexpected if the implants have ruptured. However, a detailed history, physical exam, and possibly an imaging study are needed to make this diagnosis. Thus, my recommendation to be seen by a board certified plastic surgeon soon. Good Luck!

Without examining you it is difficult to tell if you are developing rippling.  Rippling is less comon with silicone implants but it can occur.  I would schedule a followup appointment with your board certified plastic surgeon to allow him or her to examine you and advise you on their findings. While general guidelines can be given over the internet, to fully assess the best size for your body and your postoperative desires, you need to be examined and counseled by a board certified plastic surgeon. Don't get caught up in the number (i.e. 400 cc vs. 350 cc etc).  Discuss exactly what you want your postoperative result to be and  then trust that your board certified plastic surgeon has the knowledge and skill to give you that result.

You should let your Board Certified Plastic Surgeon know right away about the tooth abscess and see if they would like to postpone the surgery.
