It’s important to remember that your bra may run on a base of the breast incision, so some sort of gauze protection may be in order. I would suggest that you see someone very experienced with shaped implants as you consider revision. The key is that the device you change to must fit the dimensions of your chest and the surgeon must gain control of the device pocket, especially when changing to a shaped implant.
