I would highly recommend you seek a consultation with a Board Certified Plastic surgeon whom offers non-invasive and minimally invasive options. Not easy to make a full assessment from your pictures, but it looks like you have a very nice face and I would not recommend surgery. Options should include, Thermage, Ultherapy, fillers and fine cannula liposuction.

You would definitely be flatter after liposuction, but I would recommend a consultation with a Board Certified Plastic Surgeon to evaluate the integrity of your abdominal muscles, before making a decision. It appears from the pictures that you already have a significant lower abdominal scare and would be an ideal candidate for a limited incision tummy tuck which will make you very flat. Once you have it, its often very difficult to lose that lower anterior tummy fat. From your pictures it looks like you would be an ideal candidate for liposuction, but I would suggest you have a consultation with a Board Certified Plastic surgeon to evaluate the condition of your lower abdominal muscles before proceeding. A mini tummy tuck along with some liposuction would most certainly tighten your lower abdominal skin, however if it is the stretch marks that bother you the most, you would need a full abdominal flap (hip-bone to hip bone incisions). there is only so much info that can be gathered from a single photo, if you are interested in pursuing corrective procedures it would be best to visit a Board Certified Plastic Surgeon in your local area.
