Can I get fillers injected in the indent my ripped abductor/quad caused?
Medial thigh indentation after auto accident - will fillers work
Aug 25, 2019
It appears the indentation is fairly pronounced, and Iam still uncertain as to the exact nature of the loss, Is the muscle permanently damaged or atrophied?  If no improvement is possible with physical therapy then I believe fat injection (transplant) might be your best bet.  It would take at least 2 or three procedures several months apart and providing you have enough donor far (hips, buttocks are best) you might get a permanent fat graft that would greatly improve the appearance.
Is it a risk that IPL treatments could mask the visual warning signs of skin cancer by reducing the a
Can IPL hide skin cancer?
Aug 16, 2019
IPL may reduce redness and pigment but will not hide the abnormality of precancer to the trained dermatologist.  There are other signs such as roughness, irregular margins and vascularity that will not disappear with IPL.  As mentioned, IPL can be used in conjunction with Levulan to treat precancerous lesions.
Could fillers make my face appear longer and give more definition to my face?
Can fillers improve my face
Jul 31, 2019
Thank you for your question and photos.  Your have an attractive face but in terms of proportion your forehead dominates the mid and lower face.  Injection with Radiesse or Restylane in the lateral cheek (malar area) and chin/ central jaw area with no more than one syringe would give subtle but very noticeable change that I believe you would like.
Can an HA or platelet rich plasma be used with the same efficacy as Botox to remove glabellar lines?
Can you use HA or Prp as effectively for glabellar lines as Botox
Jul 31, 2019
The answer is simple, glabellar line are "dynamic" wrinkles caused by muscle movement which is directly addressed by Botox, which relaxes the muscles.  HA can be risky in the glabella because there are large arteries in that area that can be damaged by injection with a filler.  PRP is not sufficient to alter frown lines.
Are there any treatments for aging leathery skin on forehead?
how to treat sun damage/aging skin
Feb 23, 2019
The first thing I would recommend is to begin nightly application of a retinoid cream.  In addition an IPL laser or light fractional laser could be used if the topical treatment does not do enough after 3 or 4 months.   Also light acid peels can rejuvenate nicely.
How many syringes of filler to achieve a more perfect face?
how many syringes do I need to balance my face?
Jan 30, 2019
From your photo, you need a very minimal amount of filler in the lateral cheek (malar) area to give a better contour and lift.  You do not need filler in your nasolabial folds which are very soft and appropriate.  I would recommend either Radiesse, which is long lasting, or Restylane Defyne which is very smooth, and one syringe is sufficient to give you what your desire.
Which type of filler is best for/ last longest in the tear droughts and the nose?
Best filler for tear trough and nose
Jan 6, 2019
Best is not the only question, but best and safest.  In the tear trough and nose the safest are hyaluronic acid filler because they can be dissolved if there is a problem, but the longest lasting and best for correction is Radiesse, but it cannot be dissolved so it must be done by someone very familiar with its proper placement and amount to be certain it is safe.
Jawline improvement wanted for young, thin, average male—what are my options?
jawline improvement in a male
Dec 21, 2018
From your photos it would appear to be a fairly simple and low cost injection of Radiesse in such a way as to slightly square off the chin and sharpen the sweep of the jaw in a masculine pattern.  This usually will last 9 month to one year and can be easily repeated.  Doing permanent procedures such a chin implant before you know if you are happy with the change is appearance is best put off until after you have seen the affect of the filler.
If I get my cheeks filled with Radiesse every year, would it make more sense to do Sculptra? I heard
Does Sculptra last longer than Radiesse
Dec 6, 2018
Sculptra usually takes 2 or 3 injection sessions about two months apart but once the desired result is achieved it usually last 18-24 months and one session will usually restore it to full volume.  It also provides a very natural look.
Will hyaluronic acid help to lift my cheek and nasolabial fold?
Will Hyaluronic acid fillers lift my sagging face
Dec 6, 2018
The answer is yes to a certain degree but the amount of filler should not be so great as to make the cheeks disproportionately large for you features.  You can also benefit from a minimally invasive Silhouette Instalift which employs sutures to reposition and elevate  the sagging skin.  That is not much more involved than fillers and the results are usually longer lasting.
Can fillers be used in the jaw line to make a square shaped face more heart shaped?
Can fillers change a "square" face to a more heart shaped face?
Nov 12, 2018
Facial shaping is one of the more important skills an aesthetic physician can offer.  The face has very well defined proportions and many people have less than ideal dimensions.  These can be modified with fillers that have a high "G" prime, meaning lift capacity, such as Radiesse, Voluma and others.  Altering the shape to more ideal proportions has very satisfying outcomes when performed properly.

Chemical peel for forhead wrinkles
Nov 12, 2018
Although chemical peel helps to refresh to skin and tone down wrinkles the solution you seek would best be accomplished with carefully down Botox injection.  Either a plastic surgeon or Dermatologist should be able to do that and meet your expectations.
Is there a non surgical treatment to lower the eyebrows?
non surgical way to lower the eyebrows
Nov 4, 2018
Botulinum toxin can be simply and quickly administered to decrease the function of the frontalis muscle which raises the brow, thus the brow drops and becomes straight and less arched.  I is affordable but must be repeated about every 3-4 months to continue the benefit.

sun damaged skin with dilated vessles
Nov 4, 2018
There are many ways to approach your problem, first is establishing your parameters as far as cost, ease of treatment, down time, if any, and result.  Much can be achieved with topical retinoids, vascular laser with no down time (KTP), and IPL for the pigmentation.  If you wish to move further, non ablative laser can be added with relatively little down time and excellent results without much risk.
Which filler works best to build a strong chin for man Radiesse or Voluma?
What filler is best for chin enhancement
Oct 8, 2018
In my experience the longest lasting filler that will maintain its shape and position in the chin is Radiesse.   It is derived from the same material a bone (but synthetic) and is natural and eventually dissolves.
