Umbilical hernia repaire is an outpatient procedure in most cases. This assumes that it is not being done with other procedures. It also assumes that the patient does not have other health issues that require an overnight hospital stay.

Breast lift is a separate procedure from breast augmentation. As much as in minor cases of breast sagging an implant can accomplish a lift effect but that is not a lift. A small amount of breast enlargement can be otherwise accomplished with fat grafting..

Male breasts that are too large are not uncommon. Treatment for this condition has evolved over the years and at this point it is best to consider liposuction over surgical excision in most instances. A combination procedure may be necessary in some cases. Excess skin would retract in younger patients eliminating the need for lifting except in extreme circumstances. My preferred liposuction technique at this point is using Laser assissted liposuction.
Is 16 to Young for a Breast Reduction?

If your breasts are too large at age 16 they are not likely to get smaller as you age. If your large breasts are symptomatic with neck, shoulder, and back, pain a breast reduction procedure may be beneficial. Keep in mind the small risk of nipple numbness.

I strongly recommend to wait at least till age 18. At 16 your body is not fully mature and natural physiology may eliminate the need for this procedure. Breast implants in your age would be more justified in cases of asymmetry or absence of the breast.

Side effects from Radiesse are not common. Most have to do with bruising (could be covered with makeup) occasional lumping (treated by massaging) Rarely asymmetry. Radiesse is best used in the naso-labial folds or in the cheeks. Also successfully used to improve the appearance of prominent dorsal hand veins.
