Reviewing your photographs and measurements, I think that you are right on the border of needing a lift with implants. My approach to patients with your anatomy is to proceed with breast augmentation alone possibly with a crescent lift on the left with the periareolar incision and wait at least three months to decide of the patient wants or needs a vertical breast lift.

Usually by four weeks, most breast and chest pain is getting better. If your implant is still a little high on the right, it may be causing some nerve irritation that is causing this pain. I recommend you return to your surgeon to see if you might benefit from a breast strap at night to help lower this implant into position and take some pressure off your upper chest.
