I use Restylane under the eyes for people with very thin skin, because it is softer and blends in better, and, in case of a (rare) problem, it can be completely removed by injection of hyaluronidase. However, Radiesse is more robust, lasts longer, and gives you more volume for about the same money. You have thick enough tissues over the area that you would benefit from Radiesse instead of Restylane.

In order to know what you need, you need to understand what you are missing. Your cheekbones are not the problem, Your deficiency is directly under your eyes, where you have lost fat (the SOOF, or sub-orbicularis-oculi fat) Your cheekbones are to the side of that. Liposuction only works if you have a lot of fat under your jawline. The problem is that your chin does not project forward enough when compared with your lips. You definitely need a chin implant.

It is hard to conceive that the skin could be pulled tight
enough to cause the PE, which probably occurred during or shortly after surgery
as a result of diminished blood flow as a result of medication and/or
immobility, although there could be additional medical conditions that could
make you more susceptible. Be certain the source of the embolism is established
immediately and, if felt indicated, you are started on anticoagulation
immediately.
My injections disapeared after a week. Restalyne was used. Can I get it corrected for free or refund

Fillers need to be injected not only in the proper distribution for aesthetic correction, but also at the correct depth in order to become vascularized so they get incorporated into the body and do not just disappear. For that reason, I would be hesitant to trust my face to a medispa. I highly doubt anyone would give you a refund, however. You might get more for free, but there is no guarantee. Photographs would help.

Like taking feathers out of a pillow, your cheeks will definitely SAG when the implants are removed. They need to be removed through an incision, much the same as their insertion. Do you have any cheek numbness? What about your upper teeth?

Biofilm coach every implant so there is always a risk of immediate or delayed infection. Fat grafts always have a risk of immediate infection, but not late ones. In addition, fat grafting survival can be irregular and form lumps and take some time for the swelling to subside. Restylane is usually the best bet for lips and one just needs to take oral antibiotics if dental work is being done.

It looks a little bruised, so it might have had a little bleeding. Give if about 3-4 weeks to see if it improves. It can be dissolved with an injection but all the Restylane in that spot would go away. You can't just remove a little, meaning you would need to wait for the dissolving enzyme on that side to go away and then start over.

While a chin implant will make your jawline longer, it will also change your appearance more. I don't think your chin is that small that you absolutely need an implant. I would go with the liposuction, since that would thin out your neck and not make you look too different.

If you get pregnant again, you will stretch out whatever procedure has been done, so I would wait until you are done having kids. Then an assessment of your muscle status and the amount of excess skin can be made. Then you can determine what should be done.

Was the Restylane injected under the skin or under the muscle? If it was injected under the skin, what you could be seeing is what is known as a Tyndall effect, which is similar to why a glass looks green on the edge. The gel could be puddled and showing through the skin.

Restylane is less compressible than Juvederm so it gives better correction. It should be injected between your bulges and your cheek to fill in the area that is becoming hollowed out.
