My first instinct is to tell you, “no, it can’t be reversed”.  My second thought is  to tell you, “you need to wait 6 months, then be evaluated by a board certified plastic surgeon to evaluate your situation and see what can be done”. The fact that your eyelid and brow problem are not just “how they are” but change based on time of day, situation, and irritant indicates a physiologic or system issue.  If it was me, I would go to the Shiley Eye Center at UCSD and see Don Kikkawa. I  work in conjunction with him often and find him to be comprehensive, insightful, and meticulous with these complex functional eye issues.

In my opinion, Botox is not going to give you the lift you are looking for.An endoscopic brow lift, on the other hand, could elevate the brows selectively in the outer third as you have indicated in your picture. It would require 2 quarter inch incisions behind the scalp hairline (each about 2 inches from the center). Recovery would be 1-2 weeks, but there may be some residual bruising (easily camouflaged) for another week or two.
