Unfortunely you have fallen into the trap of more grafts for less cash. You were never a candidate for 4500 fue. Very few patients are actually. My advice is to go and see a reputable hair transplant specialist to examine the area and seek a solution. This may consist of scalp micropigmentation and or beard transplant to the area.

A strip surgery is not the answer I’m afraid. Your best bet is scalp micropigmentation or transplanting beard hair in the area to mask the depletion.

This is unlikely to change at this stage I’m afraid. It appears you may need another procedure to add density to the crown.

Unfortunately it seems you were never a candidate for 3500 grafts. The donor area does seem to be depleted. My advice is to wait until 6 months post op and then see a reputable surgeon for correction.
