Hi. At 10 months there shouldn’t be much swelling left after your tummy tuck. Doing 360 lipo with BBL at that time should be fine. It will take care of any residual fat left in your abdomen, flattening it further. In addition, just by cinching in your waist with lipo, your buttocks will look larger and more like an upside-down heart. Adding that fat to your buttocks will double the effect. It should be a great additional enhancement for you.

Thank you for your question. There should be enough fat to transfer from your abdomen and waist to your buttocks. As long as your goal is not an extreme size increase, you should obtain a notable improvement that still looks natural.

Hi. Thank you for your question. Liposuction of the waist and lower back would give you an hourglass shape from the back view and and S shape from the side view, By scooping out the waist and lower back, the buttocks would in turn appear more round, like an upside-down heart, and less square or flat. Many people have a discreet pocket of fat right above the gluteal cleft, and this responds very well to suctioning.
