I think that fillers in the nose work very well. I agree with using a hyalyronic acid filler since it is reversible. However, a thinner hyaluronic avid would likely work better for you such as restylane or juvederm.
I noticed a pattern like texture after my Fraxel treatment. How long will this last? I hope not

Dont worry, irs not permanent and will improve. The thermally damaged skin takes a week or do to desquamate, but could take up to 14 days. Also, if you are noticing that son dyschromias are gone but not all, this just means you need another treatment.
Is it possible to get lower lip symmetry with Botox?

Botox can absolutely help the symmetry. By relaxing the lip depressor muscles in the left side will raise the left side to be more like the right side.
Is Botox not enough for under my eyes/crows feet?

Botox is definitely necessary in the area for the dynamic lines that occur with smiling. But if its the wrinles and looser texture on the lower eyelids that concerns you, I recommend laser resurfacing, particularly fraxel repair. The texture will be better and skin will be tighter. It will take a week to recover.

Swelling is completely normal after injections. Some patients experience more swelling than others It will likely resolve in 2 days but may take 2weeks. Antihistamines such as allegra can help. Ice is helpful. Head elevation while sleeping helps too.

Fraxel restore laser resurfacing is the best treatment for acne scarring. The best results happen after 4-5 treatments at least. The higher percentage of skin treated per treatment will achieve faster results and also correlates with discomfort during treatment and postprocedure swelling. The laser can be set to cover the desired skin coverage and is usually 8passes.
Will filler in my cheeks pull my lower eyelids down?

No, actually filling the cheek improves the appearance of the lower eyelid. The eyelid won’t look enlingated and tired
Can I have a mole removed from my nose?

It can be removed. But the way it can be removed depends on the depth of the mole. If its superficial, it can be shavedlevel with the surrounding skin but could regrow. If it has a dermal component, it needs an excision which would result in a straight line scar.
