An abdominoplasty with a diastasis repair and liposuction of your waistline (including the back) will achieve a nice hour-glass contour. Breast implants will raise the position of your nipples a bit, but not enough to place them in the center of the breast mound (ideal). So my recommendation for your breasts is a breast lift with or without an implant.

From the photos you shared, a tummy tuck with liposuction will definitely improve the contour of your abdomen. It is hard to know whether or not you have a diastasis that needs repair without an exam, but since you have never had children, it is unlikely you have one. It is also difficult to tell if you have lower abdominal skin excess or stretch marks. If you don't, then liposuction alone may achieve your goal. If you are otherwise healthy and are unhappy with how your abdomen looks, then yes, you are a great candidate for a tummy tuck. I recommend that my patients are within 10 lbs of their goal weight prior to surgery. You want to avoid losing a lot of weight AFTER your tummy tuck because this may result in more loose skin, so try to be as close to your goal weight as possible prior to surgery.

Hopefully your primary care doctor has seen your lab results and will follow up with you to determine why your calcium and other labs are abnormal. Your calcium is only slightly elevated, but can be a sign of problems with your parathyroid glands. High serum calcium can impact your heart function as well.

You can definitely avoid a breast lift if you have implants because the implants will lift your breasts somewhat. You will have a very natural looking result without a lift. You are not a great candidate for a "mini" tummy tuck though because of the amount of damaged skin you have around and below your belly button. My recommendation would be a full tummy tuck.

The short answer is that it depends on whether or not you had a free nipple graft or if your nipple was left on a "pedicle". If you have a free nipple graft, you will not be able to breast feed. Breast reductions can significantly improve neck and back pain, headaches, and rashes underneath or between your breasts. A breast reduction will NOT address the size of your actual nipple (although it will make your areola smaller). You will need a nipple reduction to shorten the nipple, and in my practice I would perform this as a separate procedure AFTER your breast reduction.

If you want to have A cup breasts and your surgeon is confident that he/she can achieve your desired result with a free nipple graft, then go for it! Keep in mind that you will not have nipple sensation after a free nipple graft, but if you are fine with that too, go for it! It is totally understandable that you are unhappy with your result. You have unsightly scars and a contour deformity under your right breast, but from what I can see in the photo, you actually have a nice breast shape and your symmetry is reasonable. It should be totally fine for you to have a breast reduction after a colonoscopy 3.5 weeks ago, as long as the sedation you received was uneventful and you are otherwise healthy. You should definitely check with your surgeon in case he/she or your anesthesiologist wants to review the anesthetic record from your colonoscopy prior to your general anesthesia for your reduction.

A breast reduction can significantly improve your symptoms of neck and shoulder pain, headaches, and rashes. Keep in mind that if you believe that your breasts are still growing, they may not stop growing after your reduction, so it is possible that you will need another reduction at some point in your future.
