Just wondering if you had worn a compression binder after surgery and how long?If it feels like fluid, it may be a chronic seroma, or it may just be due to inadequate tissue removal.I almost always perform a removal of tissue under the nipple and surrounding area in addiition to liposuction peripherallyPlease consult with a board certified plastic surgeon. It may be possible to remove a bit more below the nipple area under local anesthesia.

Unfortunately you elected to go out of country for your surgery and one of the the drawbacks is that you can not return to Turkey to see your surgeon. When you say that you had your chin shortened, what does that mean?I would need to know more information regarding your surgical history. It appears that you have recession of the chin and may require more thorough evaluation with cephalometrics before deciding on a course of actionPerhaps, a visit to a craniofacial or maxillofacial surgeon may give you the right information. Would not recommend any treatments until we have all the information

My patients wear their bras day and night for 2 weeks after surgery. The incisions are below the breast at the crease and I recommend that they keep their arms down for 3 weeks. Physical activity is usually restricted for 2 months Please discuss this with your surgeon if it feels strange to you. You might  also consider daily massage of your breasts if your surgeon agrees.
