Less Invasive - a generous amount of dilute local anesthetic that constricts blood flow in the area, followed by painless intralesional injections of Kenalog is very effective. After abdominal liposuction, many patients experience a period of “lumpiness”. During the initial 6-8 weeks, you may “feel” firm inflammatory nodules, and by the end of the day, you can actually see them.
