Fat injections can help change the shape if you want firmer and larger buttocks. Implants with capsular contracture often feel more firm, shift upwards on the chest, or seem to project out more, and often cause pain or discomfort. Usually we tell patient’s to expect to be off work for about one week, avoid lifting anything over 5 lbs for the first 2 weeks, and return to regular activity in about one month. Unfortunately the space between your breasts will not decrease and you are correct, the positioning of the breast implants can be influenced by how your breasts were prior to surgery. Thank you for your question. You are still very swollen 2 weeks after a breast augmenation. It is not uncommon to feel irregularities at this point of your recovery.
