There are 2 options. SmartLipo technique may reduce sufficient volume in the anterior axillary fold to give you the improvement that you are looking for. If however the consistency of the tissue in this region is quite dense, and if the degree of skin access is significant, then direct excision of the breast tissue and skin reduction in this area may be warranted. Consultation with a board certified plastic surgeon is recommended to determine which option is best for you.

Although your results have improved from 3 months to 6 months following surgery, there is some asymmetry and suboptimal scar quality. This may improve further over the next 6 months, but in all likelihood you would benefit from a revision procedure. This would allow elevation of the right nipple areola complex and revision of the scars.
