If your breasts are very ptotic (low), then it is best to do the lift and augmentation separately. There is less risk of losing sensation to the nipples, and the worst would be to loose the nipple all together due to poor vascularity. Doing the procedure separately insures that you will get the best results. If you have the procedure done together then you must always be prepared for a possible second surgery. I would like to see a full face view. It is difficult from this angle to see the sagging jowls, however considering your age, and the fact that from this photo I can see you do have cheekbones you would benefit from either fat grafting or an injectible like sculptra. When you replace volume in the cheek area you will get a little lift. Once again I would need to see another picture. I hope that helps.

At one month you are still swollen,and they are probably still a little stiff. With each month they should get softer, and begin to settle. Your breast size will not get bigger unless you have an unexpected weight gain. Will they get smaller? Probably but it's difficult to tell just from the picture. You did however get a very nice result considering it is only one month out. But as stated by others you cannot judge a post operative result until at least 4 mos has passed. ...
