In general, it depends on the advice of your surgeon, so you will likely get different answers from different people.  In my practice, for instance, I advise my patients that they can resume normal activities after a straightforward, uncomplicated breast augmentation as soon as they want, but let their body be their guide, so to speak.  Most of my patients are back to normal activities within a week.
