Based on your age and phots submitted, as well as you prior history of neck/chin lipo, I would recommend a more invasive central necklift procedure where a platysmaplasty and direct fat removal and contouring is done. This will nicely sharpen your neck and jawline contour. This is a short outpatient procedure done through a center incision under your chin without any need for an incision behind you ear.

For our full-facial rejuvenation (facelift, fat grafting, midface lift, necklift) patients we recommend avoiding high-impact and strenuous athletic activities such as running, jogging, and HIIT workouts for approximately 6-8 weeks. Once you have healed from your surgery there should be no problem resuming these activities and as long as you don’t lose a tremendous amount of weight it really shouldn’t significantly effect the quality and longevity of your facelift procedure.
Which implant do you prefer to use? Silicone or Ideal Implants?

I prefer to use cohesive silicone implants because they give a more natural appearance and feel. They also tend to ripple less. However, if a patient would prefer saline, our practice does accommodate that.
Is it true that you can’t lay on your side and have to wear a bra once you get implants?

You can absolutely lay on your side once you get implants, after the initial 2 weeks of post-surgery recovery. It is recommended to wear a bra as much as possible to keep the longevity of the results, but you are able to go without a bra, and it could always depend on the size of implants you go with.
Will I need another breast lift to achieve my goal look or can this be achieved with implants alone? (

In order to achieve your desired results, I would definitely recommend a breast lift with implants. The purpose of a breast lift is to reposition the nipples and make them proportionate to your breast. An augmentation will only make your current breast footprint larger, it won’t be able to reposition your breasts and make them perky like in your goal photo.

It definitely depends on your desired outcome. You would be a candidate for a straightforward breast augmentation, however, during your consultation, you can discuss nipple placement with your surgeon and that will determine if you’d also need a breast lift.
