You can have liposuction on consecutive days but the main concern is the amount of lidocaine used. You will still have some in your system from the previous day. If a large amount was used the previous day , it might be better to wait longer than a day for a second procedure. This is something that you should discuss with your surgeon. Dr Crabtree

Although there still should be some improvement , at 3 months I recommend you talk with your surgeon and voice your concerns. Sometimes a revision is needed to achieve the best results. Dr Crabtree
I had my Tumescent Lipo yesterday, but have experienced barely any leakage or swelling so far.

Drainage after tumescent liposuction will vary greatly between different people. A lot has to do with how much fluid was injected at surgery but sometimes individuals simply do not drain much after surgery. Bruising and swelling can also be quite variable . Different sites on the body swell and bruise differently. Follow up with your surgeon . Dr Crabtree

It is too early after your surgery to determine if the fullness remains. This may very well be swelling from the surgery and will resolve. If it persists, I would recommend getting a second opinion. Assuming it is fat , then liposuction should remove it . Dr Crabtree

This appears to be simple postop swelling but I would recommend that you see your surgeon. It is not uncommon to have irregular areas soon after surgery but these usually resolve with a little time.
